Prospectors Run has customized nearly every home already built in Phase I and welcomes all comments and suggestions on the floor plans offered. Each buyer will have the ability to work directly with the builder making custom options and selections to make their home perfect.

Our show home is on-site — keeping that personal touch with each and every buyer. Although some communities say they offer custom options/changes we’re the real-deal. Whether it’s moving a wall, making a closet larger or adding a walk-in shower you get to decide.
